Winter Fishing: Lower Sac.

The Lower Sac has been producing some hefty trout lately! With the current flows at 5,000 cfs, fishing seams and drop off's is where you'll find fish stacked hammering S&M's, X-Mays, and midges. When it comes to selecting flies out there, lately it seems like the tinier the fly, the bigger the fish! Anyone interested in learning how to spey cast or simply hook fish on the swing would have an absolute BLAST swinging flies for these hot LS trout. Casting trout spey's on the lower sac is a great way to warm up for seeking winter steelhead on the swing. Mornings on the LS can be chilly, however the sunny afternoons and evenings make up for a gorgeous day on the water! Contact me for openings and booking your next memorable day of fly fishing!
